A Queen's Diary

One of the hard truths in life is that true growth will require you to endure some discomfort. If you want to build muscles you lift weights and the next day your arms feel like jelly. Your biceps and triceps will ache so badly that you would barely be able to raise your hands above your head. However, the harder you work, the more time you put in and the more consistent you are in your efforts, those muscles will grow. Growing pains are inevitable and necessary to achieve your goals. Constructive discomfort is good. It is a sign that you are moving towards your ambitions. I said all that to simply say, this year when you feel that discomfort push through the pain. Keep in mind that the discomfort you are feeling, that pain you are experiencing, is a sign that you are making progress and your goals are closer that they feel.

Growth is part of life and as an individual we are all doing our best to be the best version of ourselves. There are different personalities that have different attitudes that will make this world a complicated home. The world is filled with many people and they are all in the progress of discovering things, things that will give them value in this life. A simple word but the definition of it is so broad. We can still look at the bright side of it and make a new habit.

I will not trust people who have a history of being cold hearted and stingy ever again. I remember going to a very polluted market place just to get the prices of items a friend asked if I could get it for her. I got sick for weeks after. Air pollution is not something we should totally ignore. I will never waste money again unless there is a written agreement that my effort will be paid. It's totally awkward if there's a need for me to ask for it so if whoever does not offer it voluntarily, I will just take our conversation as pure hot air.
