Lenore “Le” Brinson- Founder/Chair Lenore Brinson was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and encountered many difficult life situations as a young adult in an economically challenged city. With the desire of wanting more out of life, she made the decision to join the United States Air Force and served as a dental assistant. During her eight year commitment Lenore enjoyed the path she had chosen and began volunteering for various organizations and community events but quickly realized, again, she wanted more. It was then she found her passion for making a difference and inspiring others, especially young women that reminded her of her own life journey. Consistently striving to better herself, Lenore took a leap of faith and separated from the Air Force, started an event planning business, enrolled and completed cosmetology school and is now fulfilling her dream of building a Non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women and inspire them to achieve not only the possible, but to aim for the impossible. Lenore founded Inspired by Queens in 2014 with the belief that all women are Queens born with the ability to do and be great with a little encouragement, love, guidance and mentorship.

She credits the Air Force and a series of mentors with helping her mature into a well-rounded individual with a passion for charity and the service of others. Aisha has benefited tremendously from mentorship and believes that the impact of positive female role models is undeniable. After a move to the Tampa Bay area Aisha was in the process of finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She felt overcome with the desire to be of service to her new community. Patralynn Turner- Co Founder/Committees Chairman Patralynn Turner is a native of Hawai’i and the youngest of seven children. She joined the Air Force with hopes of new adventures. Patralynn has had the pleasure of working as a Program Director and event planner at MacDill Air Force base. She started an event planning business with her then co-worker Lenore Spearman which allowed them the opportunity to expand their passion for working with and giving back to the community.
Patralynn developed a strong sense of devotion for mentoring others not by choice, but by being someone that coworkers were able to confide in and look up to for guidance while in the military. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for nonprofits and the urge to seek to improve the quality of life for others in her community one person at a time.
